Echoes of Fame Community Guidelines

Echoes of Fame exists to create meaningful, respectful, real-time conversations between fans and public figures. These guidelines protect everyone’s safety, privacy, and experience. By booking or joining a session, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.

If you have a question about what’s allowed, assume the most respectful option—or contact support before your session.

1) Core Principles

We expect every session to be:

  • Respectful: Treat others with dignity, even if you disagree.

  • Safe: No threats, intimidation, harassment, or harmful content.

  • Private: What’s shared in a session stays in the session unless both parties consent otherwise.

  • Human: These are real conversations with real people—no scripts required, but kindness is.

2) What We Encourage

Echoes of Fame works best when everyone shows up with good intent. We encourage:

  • Gratitude, curiosity, and thoughtful questions

  • Clear boundaries (it’s okay to say “I’d rather not answer that”)

  • Appropriate compliments (not sexual, not invasive)

  • Ending a session politely if it’s not going well

3) Zero-Tolerance Behavior (Immediate Action)

The following behaviors may result in immediate termination of the session, account suspension, and/or permanent bans:

Harassment & Hate

  • Hate speech or slurs related to race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic

  • Bullying, humiliation, targeted insults, or repeated unwanted comments

  • Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual remarks, or objectifying language

Threats & Violence

  • Threats of harm to a person, family member, or property

  • Encouraging self-harm or violence

  • Graphic depictions of violence or gore

Sexual Content & Exploitation

  • Nudity or sexual activity

  • Requests for sexual acts, “rate me”/explicit commentary, or fetish content

  • Any sexual content involving minors (will be reported to the appropriate authorities)

Illegal & Dangerous Requests

  • Requests for illegal activity (drugs, weapons, fraud, hacking, etc.)

  • Instructions or encouragement for dangerous stunts or self-harm

  • Attempts to buy/sell contraband or regulated items

  • Do not seek or provide medical, legal, or financial advice. This platform is for entertainment and general conversation.

  • No encouraging substance misuse; sessions may be ended if a participant appears dangerously impaired.

Personal Privacy Violations (Doxxing)

  • Asking for or sharing private information: home address, phone number, personal email, real-time location, flight details, family details, workplace addresses

  • Stalking behavior or persistent demands for private contact

Impersonation & Misrepresentation

  • Pretending to be someone else

  • Using stolen identities, fake documents, or fake accounts

  • Misrepresenting age (especially if under 18)

4) Privacy, Recording & Sharing Content
Recording Policy

To protect privacy and safety:

  • Recording is not allowed.

  • This includes screen recording, external cameras, audio recording, or streaming to social media.

Screenshots

  • Screenshots are discouraged. If taken, they must be done with consent.

  • You may not use screenshots to harass, defame, or manipulate someone.

Sharing Clips

  • You may not post clips, quotes, or private details from a session without consent from the other party.

  • If a session includes an official “recorded option,” it will be clearly stated in advance.

  • No using a session (quotes, screenshots, likeness) for advertising/endorsement/testimonials without written consent.

5) Respecting Time & Boundaries
During Sessions

  • Keep the conversation respectful and within the agreed session time.

  • If either party is uncomfortable, they may pause, redirect, or end the call without explanation.

  • “No” is a complete sentence.

Off-Platform Contact

  • Do not pressure anyone to share personal contact info or meet in person.

  • Any attempt to bypass the platform for private meetings, payments, or contact may result in removal.

  • No fundraising requests, investment solicitations, or pitching business opportunities unless the host explicitly invites it. No pressuring for autographs/gifts/discounts.

6) Age & Minor Safety

  • Users must meet the platform’s minimum age requirement (as listed in our Terms).

  • Minors may not book sessions where prohibited by local law or policy.

  • Any sexual content involving minors leads to immediate ban and potential reporting.

7) Platform Integrity

To keep Echoes of Fame safe and fair:

  • No scams, phishing, or sending suspicious links

  • No payment requests outside the platform

  • No spamming, mass messaging, or automated behavior

  • No attempts to break or exploit the platform (security testing without written approval)

  • Derogatory stereotypes or coded hateful language is treated as harassment.

  • No deliberate disruption (audio spam, repeated reconnects, background harassment, offensive visuals on camera).

8) Enforcement: What Happens If Rules Are Broken

Echoes of Fame may take the following actions, depending on severity:

  • Warning (for minor, first-time issues)

  • Session termination (immediate end of call)

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent ban

  • Payment withholding or refund decisions based on investigation

  • Reporting to the appropriate authorities if required by law

We may also remove content, restrict features, or disable accounts to protect users.

9) If You Feel Unsafe or Uncomfortable

If you ever feel unsafe:

  1. End the call immediately (your safety comes first).

  2. Report the incident Email support with:

    • Your name + session date/time

    • The other party’s profile name

    • A brief description of what happened

  3. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

We take reports seriously and aim to respond quickly.

10) Refunds Related to Conduct Issues

  • If a session ends early due to a Code of Conduct violation, Echoes of Fame will review the situation.

  • Refund outcomes depend on evidence available (timestamps, reports, platform data, etc.).

  • If the user violates the Code, refunds may be denied and accounts may be banned.

  • If the host violates the Code, refunds are typically granted, and the host may face removal.

11) Our Commitment

We believe fame should feel human—not unsafe or exploitative.
