Welcome to Echoes of Fame (“Echoes of Fame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform, including all live video conversations between fans and celebrities (the “Services”).
By accessing or using Echoes of Fame, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Echoes of Fame unless otherwise explicitly permitted.

By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
2. Platform Overview
Echoes of Fame is a marketplace and technology platform that facilitates live, one-on-one video conversations between users (“Fans”) and verified public figures (“Celebrities”). Celebrities are independent third parties and are not our employees, partners, agents, or representatives. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between Echoes of Fame and any celebrity or user.

Does not guarantee any specific outcome, advice, or experience from a session.

Does not control or endorse statements made during live conversations.

Is not a party to the conversation itself, but provides the infrastructure to enable it and reserves right to monitor the conversation and terminate the session due to inappropriate behavior or conduct that violates our Code of Conduct.
Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement
We want Echoes of Fame to be safe and respectful. We may (but are not required to) monitor, review, or investigate activity on the platform to:

enforce these Terms and our policies,

respond to reports or complaints,
-
comply with legal obligations, and
-
protect users and platform integrity.
We may take actions at our discretion, including warning users, removing content, canceling bookings, limiting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access—especially for behavior involving harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, illegal activity, requests for personal/confidential information, or attempts to record sessions without permission (as described below).

3. Accounts & Registration

You may be required to create an account to book or host sessions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Code of Conduct.
4. Booking & Payments
Payments

All payments must be made through the Echoes of Fame platform using approved payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

Payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited.
-
Prices are set by the Celebrity and may vary by session length or demand.
Fees
-
Echoes of Fame may charge a service or platform fee, which is included in or added to the listed price.
-
Fees are subject to change with notice.
5. Session Timings, Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Fan Cancellations
-
We cannot accept cancellations since scheduling with the celebrity has already been done.
Celebrity Cancellations
-
If a Celebrity cancels, Fans will receive the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.
Conduct-Related Termination
-
If a session ends early due to a violation of the Code of Conduct, the session will be deemed to have been completed and no refund requests will be entertained.
Session Timing, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows
-
Scheduled time controls. Sessions start and end at the time shown in the booking confirmation.
-
Late arrival. If you join late, the session will still end at the scheduled end time. We do not extend sessions for late arrivals.

Fan no-show. If you do not join the session within [5] minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be treated as a no-show and will not be refunded.

Celebrity no-show. If the celebrity does not join within [10] minutes of the scheduled start time, you may be eligible for a reschedule or refund (at our discretion) after we confirm the no-show.

Disconnections. If you disconnect due to your device, network, or environment, the session time continues to run and refunds will not be provided. If a session is interrupted due to a verified platform issue on our end, we may offer a reschedule or partial/full credit (at our discretion).

6. Code of Conduct
All users must comply with the Echoes of Fame Code of Conduct, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Violations may result in:

Immediate termination of a session

Suspension or permanent account removal
-
Forfeiture of payments
-
Reporting to authorities where required by law
7. Privacy, Recording & Content

Sessions are private unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Recording or distribution of session content is not permitted. Any attempt to record or distribute a session is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

You may not publish or exploit session content for commercial or defamatory purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, and software belong to Echoes of Fame.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without permission.

Celebrities retain rights to their likeness, name, and persona.

Fans retain rights to their own statements but grant Echoes of Fame a limited license to operate the service.
9. Charity & Donations

Some Celebrities may choose to donate a portion of their earnings to charity.
-
Echoes of Fame does not guarantee tax deductibility.
-
Donation handling and allocation are subject to the Celebrity’s settings and applicable laws.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse others

Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
-
Circumvent platform payments
-
Collect personal data without consent
-
Upload malware or attempt to breach security
-
Use the platform for explicit, hateful, or exploitative purposes
11. Termination
We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access at any time
-
Remove content or accounts that violate these Terms
-
Limit or revoke features without notice if needed for safety or compliance
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
12. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Echoes of Fame makes no warranties regarding session quality, outcomes, or technical availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Technology & Connectivity Responsibility
Fans are solely responsible for ensuring they have a stable, uninterrupted internet connection, a compatible device, and functional audio/video equipment for their session. Echoes of Fame is not responsible for disruptions caused by a Fan’s technology, internet service, or equipment. Your session will be deemed to have been completed if you lose power or internet connection during your allotted slot.
Time Zones

Time zone displayed. Booking times are displayed while booking the session and on your confirmation. You are responsible for confirming the correct time zone before purchase.

Time zone errors. Missed sessions due to incorrect time zone selection or misunderstanding are treated as fan no-shows and are not refundable.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, service provider disruptions, power failures, natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, or emergencies affecting a Celebrity’s ability to attend.
13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Echoes of Fame shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echoes of Fame from claims arising out of:

Your use of the platform

Your violation of these Terms
-
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NJ, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts located in NJ, USA.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute (including through your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider) for a purchase that is not unauthorized or fraudulent:

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services.

We may provide relevant information to the payment provider or issuer to respond to the dispute, including booking details, communications, timestamps, and evidence of access/use.

Where permitted by law and payment network rules, we may recover the amount of the chargeback plus any fees and costs incurred due to the dispute.

16. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with any policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Echoes of Fame regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
17. Communications Consent and Contact Information
Communications
By creating an account or making a booking, you consent to receive transactional communications from us (e.g., confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, security notices) via email and/or text message where applicable. Marketing communications (if any) will include an opt-out mechanism. Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
